Performing Documents

I've discovered another project that is looking at relationships between the archival and art, this time in relation to Live Art (sadly something our expansive collections don't contain).

Performing Documents is a collaborative AHRC-funded research project, hosted by the University of Bristol in partnership with Arnolfini and In Between Time. Performing Documents asks how we are dealing with the remains of Live Art today. Drawing on creative, curatorial and research strategies, this project stages a wide-reaching investigation into the problems and potential of performance and its documents.
